Gymmito Sports Manager Colin has more than 10 years of experience as a Personal trainer and Group Exercise Instructor. Since compleing his Bachelor of Science Degree in Sport, Health & Exercise, Colin has worked in the U.K., training clients of all ages, fitness levels and body shapes. Colin has achieved succsful results with many weight loss clients, and has also trained high level performance athletes.

Kito graduated in Physiology of Exercise from the Federal University of Sao Paulo and has a Bachelors Degree in Physical Education and Rehabilitation Hypertension. With more than 9 years of experience in Group Fitness classes and 13 years of experience in Personal Training and Weightlifting, hes the man when it comes to weight loss, muscle tone, functional training, muscle building and more. Kito was also a Head Fitness Coach to swimmers and triathletes in 2013.

Majdi got his Certificate of Sport and Physical Education from the Higher Institute of Sport and Physical Education of Tunisia. Majdi has more than 6 years of experience, as a Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer in different sport institutions . Majdi also has Group Exercise experience teaching both Cardio and Conditioning classes.

Ahmed has over 8 years experience in the fitness industry as a qualified Personal Trainer, Group Fitness and Aerobics Instructor. He gained his LESMILLS Qualifications 4 years ago and teaches BODYPUMP, BODYATTACK, Body Step, RPM and CX WORX. Ahmed has worked with a variety of clients, including VIPs and Country Ambassadors and helped them transform their lives through lifestyle changes, diet plans and discipline.

Anita is a general nurse and midwife from Hungary. Qualified as a personal trainer in 2014 and being an instructor over 10years. Anita with her qualification worked in different countries like Hungary, Australia, UK and currently Qatar. Being a UKBFF competitor she specialises in strength and conditioning, fat loss. Also pre and post natal qualified.

Hamdi graduated with a fundamental license specialty for gymnastics from the higher institute of Sport and Physical Education in Tunisia and has a bachelors degree in Physical Education. With more than 7 years of experience in training athletic gymnastics, Hamdi has experiences in teaching all levels of gymnastics from beginner to advanced levels.

Kris suffered a horrific car accident in 2010, which resulted in severe life-threatening injuries, hospitalizing him for months. After undergoing intense recovery treatments, he then encountered his first gym experience which was geared towards his rehabilitation for returning to his profession as an Engineer. From being told that he might never walk again, he joined a gym, rehabilitated, and changed his career to fitness; resulting in huge successes with clients and competing in multiple bodybuilding contests. His latest competition in 2017 saw him take home 1st place in the UKUP and the UKBFF and he was deemed the Overall Male Champion in the UKUP. He loves seeing clients get results and puts in all his time, effort and energy into helping them achieve your goals, whatever they are. Continual self-improvement and encouraging people to be the best they can be both physically and mentally is his inspiration for success.

Carol has been in the gym environment for over 9 years, gaining experience lifting and doing martial arts. She became a personal trainer in 2016 with the ambition to help others. It’s about improving your lifestyle, health and mindset.

Asil’s Fitness Story first started when she was only in middle school with a keen interest to join sports high school at the time, already knowing that sports and fitness is what she wanted to do for life. Despite the opposing views of many people close to him including his parents, as well as the hard entrance exams - Asil preserved and was accepted. This marked a key moment in Asil's life that grew his profound belief that when you are so determined to get to your goals, no one will ever stop you. Asil has memories of himself when she was only a Taekwondo player and used to compete in regional and National competitions. After winning many competitions and gold medals, Asil started generating attention and after just 4 years of training became a member of the Tunisian national team in Taekwondo. Asil's journey continued and when she got to the N°1 institute of sports in Tunisia she discovered fitness and graduated as second degree fitness coach specialized in aerobic step Zumba and functional training. During Asil's work experience as a fitness coach, she worked with different people within various age groups; Men, women, adults & children of all different fitness levels . Upon reflecting on his journey, Asil says that she has learned so much and that no matter what fitness level you have and how old you are, you can always get to your goals if you have the courage and a good coach.
