A compact, but perfectly equipped Ladies Only Workout Space. Ideal for working 1 on 1 with your Personal Trainer or on your own.

A varied selection of resistance equipment to target every muscle including Squat Rack and Dual Adjustable Cable System. Cardio kit including Stairmaster, Treadmills, Cross Trainer and Assault Bike.

Alongside our 2 ladies gym areas, Membership also includes access to our specialist ladies only classes, including Spinning, Yoga and Group Weightlifting classes.

We believe that ladies CAN! Our classes make sure to keep your privacy and body in check with our group and private classes offered by our professional female trainers. FAT BURN

Fat Burn is a full body workout for 30 minutes which is a mix between high-intensity cardio and free weights. This class uses movements relevant to a persons daily routine to raise your heart rate and burn fat during the workout and afterwards. Other benefits include improving strength, balance, coordination, endurance, and agility all in one class!

LADIES WHO LIFT

Ladies Who Lift class, is a class based on barbell complex workout. It is a type of strength circuit where you complete exercises with a barbell back to back with no rest, without the bar touching the ground. This class will help you burn as many calories as you can in short time, build your endurance and strength all in one.

SPRINT & ABS

LES MILLS SPRINT is a 30 minutes workout of high intensity, designed using an indoor bike to achieve fast results. LES MILLS SPRINT is built in the science of high-intensity interval training (HIIT). ABS, a fun packed 30 mins designed to tone, build and strengthen the abdominal muscles.

BOXING BOOTCAMP

Its a combat sports between two people. It helps to increase your cardiovascular system, improve coordination, learn how to punch with correct way and follow proper technique and burn more calories.

SPINNING

Spinning provides a fun and challenging cardiovascular workout for all ages (over 16) & fitness levels. Experience a full ride of hills, sprints and endurance intervals with energizing music and motivational instructions!

YOGA

Beginners Yoga is an ideal class for those who have never done yoga before. It is the perfect introduction to Yoga, using basic and gentle stretches that work every part of the body.

LADIES ENDURANCE BOOTCAMP

A 45 minutes workout specifically tailored for women. Using body-weight and free weights to help improve various aspects of fitness, endurance, speed, power, agility, coordination and cardiovascular capacity. This class will also help you to burn fat whilst improving aerobic endurance and metabolic conditioning.
