ABOUT Gymmito Kids Club

We are a kid’s development sport center and takes pride in creating well-balanced, challenging, and exciting programs tailored exclusively to fit each child. Our experienced and skilled instructors have created unique programs to develop physical as well as social and cognitive skills.

We maintain a positive atmosphere to encourage our kids to be the best they can be and do the best they can do. We put our hearts into helping your child become a success.

Group Exercises

Classes

Gymmito Kids Club offers a range of classes from the age of 18 months up to 16 years. Along with physical health and fitness we instill discipline, team work and the importance of an active lifestyle from a young age. Our coaches praise and motivate your achievements to impart confidence and determination.

MMA

Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit, sed do eiusmod tempor incididunt ut labore et dolore magna aliqua. Ut enim ad minim veniam, quis nostrud exercitation ullamco laboris nisi ut aliquip ex ea commodo consequat.

Parkour

A 45-min class using a movement obstacle course training. Practitioners aim to get from one point to another in a complex environment, with assistive equipment and in the fastest and most efficient way possible. Parkour includes running, free running, climbing, swinging, vaulting, jumping, rolling, quadrupedal movement (crawling) and other movements as deemed most suitable for the situation.

Spinning

A 30-min fun class that combines the cardiovascular benefit of spinning and body coordination. 
A fun workout to build balance and coordination.

Dance

A 45-min fun class that combines fast and slow rhythms using principles from aerobic and games.

Indoor Climbing

A 45-min class where you will get both aerobic and anaerobic exercise whilst engaging and working in all muscle groups simultaneously, using and improving balance and coordination.

Karate

A 45-min class to develop defense and counter attacking body movements. Karate training refers to fighting  and self-defense though its mental and moral aspect to target the overall inner and outer improvement of the individual.

Functional Training

A 45-min class, which serves as a precursor to resistance training and helps to develop overall body strength while  creating awareness for exercise and its many benefits. The only major difference is the utilization of free weights whereas kids can stick to body-weight exercises
