Classes

GLUTES AND CORE

  • Glutes and core Class. Its time to get specific with Glutes and Core Class and target the body parts that tend to get lazy. A lot of the exercises are done using the mat, and while they predominantly target abs, we are sculpting all other muscles in the core, including hips, glutes and back.

SPINNING

  • Spinning provides a fun and challenging cardiovascular workout for all ages (over 16) & fitness levels. Experience a full ride of hills, sprints and endurance intervals with energizing music and motivational instruction!

ZUMBA

  • A ZUMBA class combines fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body using principles from aerobic and fitness to achieve cardio and muscle-toning benefits. In every ZUMBA lesson four core rhythms are always present: merengue, salsa, cumbia and reggaeton.

BOXING BOOTCAMP

  • Boxing bootcamp. A hybrid of our strength & conditioning + boxing classes, this class will sculpt, tone and build your body to its peak performance. Great for all fitness levels. Boxing bootcamp may incorporate weights, agility drills, Trx bands, shadow boxing, bag work, and core strengthening exercises.

LADIES WHO LIFT

  • LADIES WHO LIFT class is a class based on barbell complex workout. Which is a type of strength circuit where you complete exercises with a barbell back to back with no rest, without the bar touching the ground. In this class you will be exercising in high intensity the whole time. It will help you burn as many calories as you can in short time, build your endurance and strength all in one.

STRENGTH CAMP

  • A push-pull strength training routine refers to a method strength training in which you splinter into different muscles groups and workouts.. Years ago, bodybuilders were searching for a way to maximize their workout as well as their rest periods, essential forbidding bigger muscles.

BODY CONDITIONING BLAST

  • Blast your body with a short and sharp session. It is a full body workout using high repetitions and light weights. Keeps your heartrate up all the way through the class. Makes you stronger as well as working on your cardiovascular fitness level. Get fit and strong at the same time!

FAT BURN

  • Fat Burn is a full body workout for 30 minutes. A mix between high-intensity cardio and free weights. This class uses movements relevant to a persons daily routine to raise your heart rate and burn fat during the workout and afterwards. Other benefits include improving strengths, balance, co-ordination, endurance, and agility, all in one class!

YOGA

  • Beginners Yoga is an ideal class for those who have never done yoga before. It is perfect introduction to Yoga, using basic and gentle stretches that work every part of the body. Pay as you go QAR 50

BASECAMP

  • Whether new to training, making a comeback or an experiences gym goer, Basecamp is that kick-start you need to not only increase your strength but build that aerobic capacity too. Using a range of equipment and variety of training methods, this class is like no other circuit class youve done before. Be prepared to be pushed physically and mentally to overcome new goals and personal bests.

POWER

  • A power lifting class utilizing mobility exercises and power lifting movements such as squat, bench press, dead lift and military press to teach your body how to move correctly and efficiently. Learn how to lift and say goodbye shoulder and lower back pain. Strength is never weakness!
